Delivery, Returns and Rewards
New Zealand orders are sent with overnight shipping on week days at a flat rate of $5 or $7 for rural (allow 2 working days for rural delivery)
Express Australian shipping is $10 and orders take 1-2 working days to arrive.
After a big release (advertised on social media) shipping can take up to 10 business days. We are a small team and it takes us a few days to get through all the orders after a release. No changes are to be made to orders after they have been placed.
Christmas orders- the last date for ordering to ensure you get it by Christmas day is the 20th of December. We do however recommend ordering earlier than this as there can be delays around Christmas time with couriers being so busy.
We understand that shopping online can be difficult, so to enable you to shop with confidence Addison would like to offer you an exchange or store credit on full price items within 15 calendar days if you feel the item isn’t right for you. Our store credits are valid for 1 year from issue date.
Our return portal will allow you to exchange for an item of equal or lower value. If the item you would like to exchnage for is higher in value you will need to return for a store credit and use that to purchase the item.
Goods will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit if they are returned in the original saleable condition they were sent to you in. If they are sent back in a bad condition and require steaming or lint removal a $5 fee per item will be charged.
No store credits issued on sale items, discounted orders or gift with purchase orders however, you are able to exchange these items for another sale item or an item that was included in the same sale.
No returns on drink bottles for hygiene reasons.

Your purchase must be returned to Addison within 15 calendar days of receiving your goods (unless the item is faulty we will not accept any returns outside this timeframe).
Returned items are to be shipped back to Addison at your own cost and must have tracking on them as Addison is not responsible for any returned items lost in the post.
Upon our inspection of the goods you will receive confirmation that you are or are not eligible for a store credit voucher or exchange.
If the return is approved, your exchange will be sent or store credit will be issued 7 working days from us receiving them items back.
Addison will not refund the freight cost on your original order.
Ways to earn:
Sign up= 50 points
Birthday= 50 points
Shopping= Earn 1 Addison Point for every $1 spent on the Addison store
You can then redeem your points for money to spend in our store, 10 points= $1 to spend. The minimum amount of points you need to redeem is 100.
You cannot use your points in conjunction with another offer (for example if we have a promotion running with a discount code you cannot also use your points balance to get a further discount, you will however still earn points on that purchase).
