I understand that shopping online can be difficult, so to enable you to shop with confidence Addison would like to offer you a full refund on full price items if you feel the item isn’t right for you.
I am happy to swap your item for a different size as long as the size you are requesting is in stock.
Goods will only be eligible for a refund or return if they are returned in the original saleable condition they were sent to you in.
No returns or exchnages on sale items or discounted items.

Your purchase must be returned to Addison within 10 calendar days of receiving your goods (unless the item is faulty we will not accept any returns outside this timeframe).
Returned items are to be shipped back to Addison at your own cost and must have tracking on them as Addison is not responsible for any returned items lost in the post.
Upon my inspection of the goods you will receive confirmation that you are or are not eligible for a refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be paid into your bank account within 3 working days from me approving the refund. Addison will not refund the original freight cost on the item.
